Could it be that the whole global warming trend is about to become invalid? A lot of scientist think so. Perhaps the whole idea of global warming was just an excuse to tax not only the American people more, but the world at large. There are proposals to put tolls on already paid for roads. The tolls would be based on how many vehicles are already on the road. You get to go on the road for nothing or get a reduced rate if you drive a hybrid vehicle.
"Owners of registered hybrids, carpools with three or more passengers, van pools, plus motorcycles, buses and emergency vehicles will be allowed to use the lanes for free"- From The Miami Herald .
There are also many places that installing "hybrid vehicle parking only" signs in their parking lots. Only the hybrid vehicles are permitted to park in front of the stores or wherever, and all gas guzzling vehicles, such as SUVs, must park in the back. Check out this article from the Mills Campanil

Are these hidden ways of taxing people? I remember a time when the government itself denied the existence of global warming. Now, they embrace it. Is this why? I think so.

There is also a wonderful documentary with interviews from scientist who explain that the whole idea of carbon from mankind creating global warming is a farce. They explain in great detail that if it were carbon based, in order to stop global warming, we would have to cover the oceans, cork up all the volcanos of the earth, and stop plant and animal from dying and decaying. They say that what carbon we humans contribute to the earth is like one drop of water from a medicine dropper into the ocean. Watch the video for yourself and see. When your done with that, I suggest reading much more material on the subject. Pay special attention to new laws and regulations based the idea of global warming to see that it just might be all about taxation.
Also here is a short video clip of Al Gore talking about a carbon tax. Be warned, he makes it sound good by claiming they would eliminate a payroll tax. He chooses his words carefully. Not too sure what he means by pay roll taxes. Notice he does not call it the income tax. Look for more videos of this as well.

I think taxation and sales are most likely two of the biggest reasons for this apparent hoax based on this information. I'll admit that if I were working for a company who said "if you're findings don't help our argument, then we don't need you," I might find it hard to continue supporting the most likely theories... I need to feed my family.
To add another piece of credibility to the argument that a "technological elite" persuading the government and the people is not only possible, but enough of a threat for someone of extremely high stature to mention, I have a statement from former President Dwight Eisenhower to share.
He said... "in holding scientific research and discovery in respect, as we should, we must also be alert to the equal and opposite danger that public policy, could itself become the captive of a scientific technological elite."

The "payroll tax" is broad term used for many taxes applied to someones income, but not all countries call it an income tax. So in calling it a payroll tax, he may be stating this proposal for other countries as well. Because "payroll taxes" do also include social security and medicare, he could still be calling it a payroll tax because not all taxes would be covered as he implied.
The funny thing is that once/if the Earth starts cooling again after or even before CO2 levels drop, those few in control of the mainstream media can spin it around to make it look like they were right and succeeded. What irony there would be in our struggle for truth. Even an accidental twist on evidence can bring about the most profound misunderstandings. If you stand outside long enough though, odds are you'll get rained on eventually, but that doesn't mean standing outside will make it rain. If everyones standing out side, they'll all be witness supporting each others claim to it too! Hahaha! I wonder if that's how "Rain Dances" worked.
